Awesome food and awesome prices. Waitress was quirky, but very friendly, and good with cranky kids. Overall, one of the best BBQ joints I've been too. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
I like the name the Gray Whale and I like the fact that you support such causes. I like the location of your restaurant because it is not in as crowded of location as some places and I find it relaxing to come there and watch the traffic and have lunch
Five hours before my birthday I found this sweet BBQ & Grill. Thee nicest waitress that I have ever had greeted me with her contagious smile and kind heart. Her name is: "Paula". I will go back! Amazing homemade sauces!!!
Excellent food! Everything is home-made. We sat by the fish tank and watched the fish. The waitress had names for each one -- nice touch. I had the tri-tip with sliders so I could try all the different sauces -- each one is a little different. I liked the Tennessee BBQ sauce the best because it was less sweet and had a vinegar tang to it. The Whale sauce is good too, as well as the two different Hickory sauces (I tried the hot one -- also good).
Super cute & Yummy
I was very impressed with everything here- the service, food, and prices! My kids lived the fish tank by our table, tablecloths they could color on, and fresh fruit! The owner was amazing! Five stars! I'd recommend it to anyone. Oh, and they have Whale sauce- kinda like a tangy barbecue sauce w liquid smoke flavoring. Delicioso!
