I received outstanding customer service today. I stopped at the store (while carrying my infant son) to pick up a bag of chicken feed. I was greeted at the door immediately. A nice gentleman asked me what I needed, went and grabbed the very heavy bag of feed and carried it to my car for me. I was able to pay immediately while he was carrying the feed to my car. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was. Kudos!
We just finished painting our living room, office, and a bedroom with your paint and it looks great and was surprisingly more affordable than I thought it would be. The help at the paint counter was great and we had many selections to choose from. Thanks and we'll be back again for all of our paint needs.
Friendly, efficient service. Neat and tidy store with some of everything... my idea of a perfect hardware store. Speedy, one stop shopping!
Prices here are disgusting. Every plumbing part I've had to buy here is marked up well over 100%. They make aubuchon hardware look good! Really nice people though. Maybe someday they will drop prices on things down and I'll return.
