Rick and Carl and their team did a great job on our trees at our new house. And it was not an easy task with many many trees on a large lot. They were easy to work with, always on time, and efficient. Plus they were also very professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable too. Look no further if you need a great tree service. Amazing, fast work. We had a problem with our other tree service company canceling and rescheduling us 2-3 times anfter a tree fell on our garage. After a week of them not coming out we called Gray. They came out the same day, worked fast and gave us a great price. They deserve 10 stars. We appreciate them.
I was impressed with how fast they answered. I had a quote in a matter of few hours. I got a strong feeling that they Are The right guys for the job and had no doubt to trust them with my project. Didn't even need to shop more for other quotes. The way they answered, came in fast and explained everything was truly outstanding. Rick is excellent. I know I am in good hands. And the price is great.
Dealing with Gray Tree Service was an absolute pleasure. Rick was very patient with me working through the permit process. He sent a crew of 8 or 9 workers who removed a tree for me in less than an hour, including spotless clean up. Total professionals. I highly recommend.
The job was to take down a tree somewhere between 20 and 30 feet, in the middle of a garden no less. And then also to raise the canopy and thin out a second tree of almost the same height, to let in a lot more sun to the garden. Excellent job on both counts. Excellent cleanup afterwards. Crew was on time and very polite, and did their best to move the gardener around to minimize damage. Everybody was on time and did what they were supposed to do for a reasonable price. What else do you want?
