They allow unlimited cars to enter the garage when it is full forcing visitors to pay for the privilege of driving around searching for a space when none are available. More than a dozen cars parked recklessly taking two spaces. My wife missed her appointment while we drove up and down the garage searching for over 30 minutes for a space. Garage generally has no attendant.
