They were helpful getting me into the unit, but after I gave them a two week written notice of the removal of my belongings from the unit (which is posted as a reminder and requirement everywhere on the property and in the emails), and which was completed in time, I was still charged for another month and was only offered an excuse by the owner for which my notice was not received. Very unprofessional.

Rent raised multiple times in less than a year, after telling me this was very unlikely to happen.

I rented the apartment from Storage Solutions for approximately 2 months. Kevin met me at the apartment to show it to me before I rented it. Kevin was very responsive anytime I had a question. The apartment worked perfectly for my needs versus a hotel. I highly recommend dealing with Kevin and Storage Solutions. This is amended to my first post: Second time renting this unit from Kevin. Great experience! Will be back when I am in Kingsport area!
