After a surprisingly disappointing listing period with another (fine) broker, we listed with Gray -- St. Onge (had I been able to find a post card they sent a year or so earlier, I would have contacted them originally). 8 days after our listing went live, we had an offer. Throughout the listing and viewing, negotiating and closing processes, McKenna and Jameson (and Hannah) were always there for us promptly, professionally, and supportively. I could not speak more highly of them.

Jameson and McKenna (and Hannah) not only got us a record breaking amount for our property, they also were completely involved in ALL work needed to be done to achieve the sale. The roof, the pool, the septic, the electric, the HVAC and more. ( The house is over 90 years old.) They provided us with contractors; they managed them. They also helped with the title company and the actual sale. They definitely went above and beyond the norm. And were always patient and kind 😁. Can’t say enough good things…
