Always on time and do a great job. Replaced my entire HVAC system and was very satisfied.
Bryan performed semi-annual cleaning/check up today and went above & beyond to relocate the condensate drain line to improve the system operation. He was very efficient and professional.
If I could give Gray's a lower rating, I would. After using this company for 13+ years, we needed a new unit. The management dropped the ball BIG time. The new manager was unresponsive, arrogant and rude. Finally, we sought our another vendor for the purchase and now ongoing maintenance.. What a shame that a great service provider was ruined by new ownership. I feel badly for the technicians who were always courteous, hard-working and responsive.
