If I could give Gray's a lower rating, I would. After using this company for 13+ years, we needed a new unit. The management dropped the ball BIG time. The new manager was unresponsive, arrogant and rude. Finally, we sought our another vendor for the purchase and now ongoing maintenance.. What a shame that a great service provider was ruined by new ownership. I feel badly for the technicians who were always courteous, hard-working and responsive. Simple A/C drain line clear for $275! This is not the heating and air company you are looking for.
My hvac unit wasn’t working and I called a little later in the day and they were able to get me in. 10/10 their service tech Noah was so nice and informative I’d highly recommend using them.
