My hvac unit wasn’t working and I called a little later in the day and they were able to get me in. 10/10 their service tech Noah was so nice and informative I’d highly recommend using them.
Unfortunately, Gray's service was terrible, all because of failure to communicate. I live out-of-town and rent out my condo when I'm not there. The repairs made seemed to have been done well, as our AC unit is now working again, however, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not only did I have to call repeatedly throughout the process to get any information (I had to wait several weeks for a warranty-covered part to come in), but the technician never called about a repair needed and went ahead and did the repair.
