Office manager snooty and above all others. She thinks she's a know-it-all when it comes to insurance information. When she doesn't know, squat. Her husband is not much better. Miss diagnosis and wrong prescription. Never going back. Will not recommend any other friends or family. If you still want to go, good luck.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years. So many great glasses and wonderful visits. I definitely recommend.
I’ve been to Dr.Smith for several years. Refereed my husband to him for an eye exam. After over an hour looking for glasses we asked for a script. Above he could not find anything he liked , prices were also inflated. The women helping us was friendly however after asking for his eye prescription, her demeanor changed. They were hesitant to give a script and are refusing to give us his pupillary distance. Unless we pay an extra $25. We went to Target optical. My experience at this office with the provider and staff was amazing! The staff was very kind and fast. The provider is extremely knowledgeable and resolved a problem that I had for quite some time in just minutes!!! I Highly recommend this facility!
