This review is solely based around the sales process and the customer care after the home was purchased. We bought our home in December of 2018 from Gray Point Homes. It is a lovely house and we enjoy the details and style in their homes. However, prior to closing our home, we pointed out a large crack in the driveway and had asked for it to be repaired since it seemed odd for a brand new place to have a cracked driveway.
