I have had many animals in my life. The one thing as a pet owner you care about is how well your pet is being cared for. GNGAH is by far and away the BEST I have ever used. They are a blessing and heads and shoulders above the rest!
So impressed with their care of our boy Sarge throughout the years but more recently the past few months as well as this last week. They have been amazing, thorough, thoughtful and they took the time to help figure out what was going on with him. They called me off hours and even on their day off when his blood work came back. Although not 100% he is acting more himself and on the mend. Thank you for your care and commitment to our family helping family.
BE CAREFUL bringing your pets here. I brought my cat for a check up and specifically asked for a vaccine to be left out that I believed was not in his best interest. They did the shot anyway without my permission and when I said I didn't want to pay for it, they forced me too anyway saying "it was the law." Claimed they had to follow the law even though it doesn't have my pet's best interests at heart. Business response:
As our receptionist explained when you called, at this time nail trims are not deemed as essential. In order for us to remain open with all the CDC guidelines that we need to follow, we are unable to do certain appointments. Our technicians simply do not have the time as they are very busy helping with the doctors and additional cleaning. Once the Covid-19 restrictions lift, we will be back to regular appointments as previously. In the meantime, groomers are now open and taking appointments for nail trims.
The staff is very professional and very caring towards the animals. I'm grateful for them and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again GNGAH

We recently moved away by two hours a travel. I will not trust my animals with any one else but these amazing group of people. I could list a million reasons why on how amazing they're with our pets! They do not judge you in any way shape or form. They are warm welcoming. Always happy to see you with your dogs at the door.
