This property truly should be investigated by L&I or condemned. I have a client who resides here that I visit every 6 months for the last 3yrs to ensure safety and welfare BUT with her living here it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO!!! She has a whole in the floor of her bathroom with pipes and the wooden beams exposed. There rats and large cockroaches roaming freely throughout the entire building from the hallways, entrances and exits. It’s moldy as well in the hallways. The gray manor apartment at 1600 north 8th have a lot of crack heads in there apartment and it's always dirty out side on the carpets they don't have people too clean the carpet no more the workers don't fix nothing until they get ready the people like a lot of drama in these apartments it's noisy all night
