Well after I found the blessed little pink kiosk trolly house, the tour with Phil was fantastic! I loved every second of it. He played Ella Fitzgerald and told us volumes about soooo many things. There was even something about Zombie Turtles I think, and the train we wish to revive in Washington Park because, heck yes! We want more fun as tourists! Why hold out on us now! We have the pioneering spirit to even make it to this town, much less the airport marathon to baggage claim, we want a train ride with our trolly ride!

I purchased a tour for July 16 for the Multnomah Falls. I posted the voucher so u can see what was purchased. ——- I had a very disappointing experience with the Grey Line Tours departure at 846 SW Park, by the pink house. I showed my Viator voucher to a staff member and told him multiple times I was trying to go to Multnomah Falls. He directed me to the pink tour bus, which turned out to be the wrong tour. Once we reached the first stop, I realized the mistake and informed the driver, who told me to wait until we returned to... read more

This was one of the best experiences I had during our trip to Portland. It made it super easy to visit a bunch of places we had on our list in one day and not have to think about bus routes and schedules. It was a great price for the value. Plus the guided tour was super fun and we learned a lot of little tidbits about all kinds of things. I really liked our driver Phil who had a good attitude and sense of humor. If my partner obliged I would have done it again the next day!

I gave 1 star because first, the pick-up time wasn't on time even we get back to pick-up area ahead of time.Second,we waited for almost an hour but ended up to get another bus instead of wasting time. And lastly, the tour places included were easy to get into the busses and trains cheaply like $5.60 for all day passes.(first ride is $2.80,second ride will be another $2.80 and that would be all day passes).

My wife and I used Gray Line of Portland to visit Multnomah Falls on our honeymoon and had a tremendous experience! Our driver, Phil, was top notch. He was incredibly courteous, provided interesting information on the bus ride, and everything was smooth and went according to plan. We highly recommend Gray Line!
