I made an appointment to meet Mr. Gray to go over the paperwork/contract for my fathers nursing home for 11am the following day. I received a call back the same day and was told he had an emergency and if I could reschedule. I explained to them that I couldn't because I had to meet the nursing home staff at 1pm.
