Quality is as good as any other home. Just nice to be able to make a few more changes than is typical for a tract builder. Punctuality and responsiveness to issues is poor during the build and basically disappears once they have been paid. Going on 18 months since closing and still have a long list of items that they keep promising to take care of and then ignore us.
