Horrible owner! Greg Rhomer is as crooked as they come! Roach infested, with crooked pest control, that never spray. Greg has had a caution barrel on the 2nd floor, bc we tenants were tripping over the foundation, rather than fixing it, for a whole year. It’s still there. Made me pay a double deposit to move in, then sued me and evicted me with 24 hours to vacate, when they had plenty of my money to cover the lease. Greg is nothing but a Nazi! A transformer blew in our parking lot and he made all of the tenants pay for it. C... read more
