Our A/C system failed in mid-July during the peak of the heat. Gray’s was incredibly professional from the first call. The salesperson responded quickly, provided two clear quotes, and even dropped off a window unit so we could stay comfortable in our bedroom while waiting for the install. The full replacement—including condenser, evaporator, and furnace—came out to $8,000, which was very fair for a once-in-25-years repair. The install team was prompt, courteous, and hard-working. My water heater went out the Sunday before Christmas. I called that day--to avoid paying higher charges, I waited until the next day to get the water heater fixed. Grays came that afternoon and said that could fix it but it would cost nearly $2500 dollars if I got a 9 year warranty; it would be less if I got a 6 year warranty (only $100 difference on the heaters, but Carlos charged me nearly $200 for the difference in warranty).
