even though I have only been here a month, I have been made to feel right at home, even before I got here, I would call ALOT and was never felt I was imposing on the office staff......I moved from out of state after my husband passed away in July and was wanting to move closer to family and friends, I chose this place because of the 'home-like' features compared to living in an apartment....I came from a 2000+ sq ft house and this was quite different but I love it and plan to stay for as long as I can....
I was a previous renter a while back, my family and I moved out in 2009. We were very displeased with how quickly the maintenance crew got around to fixing the necessary item we had problems with. For example, our ceiling caved in it the living room from the toilet above, we had scorch marks on our walls from a fire in the walls due to faulty wiring, and the mice problem was ridiculous!!! We had to fix the wholes were they were coming in from outside ourselves after calling the office numerous times for help.
Don't believe these reviews, Gray haven Townhomes could care less about their occupants. They take forever for repairs and force you to call 1/2 dozen times before they hope you give up. Some repairs are never done. They're over priced in rent which increases every year and if ripping you off in rent isn't bad enough they rip you off with the water bill. Expect to pay at lest 4xs then the neighboring home owners
Being in property management myself, I know what to expect and what is expected. As far as the office and maintenance crew I think they're all great. I've been here only since July of last year but I've had no complaints. The homes could use updating but then that would of course mean the rent would go up.
