Brianna and Beverly were so kind, patient and helpful! They helped me with an exchange for some Pandora items I had gifted to me purchased from this store. Called before I made the drive to see if they sized watches. Asked if they could remove links and was told yes. Showed up an hour later and they don’t perform that service anymore
