ive lived in the gray 2 years. it does not reek of smoke everywhere . people smoke in their on living area or outside its clean quiet place to be there are a couple cliks to put up with but they r activly working on that problem. other than that our manager kim stroka is always there to help residents with problems they need help with . she will help you with other needs aswell like rent rebate stuff . very friendly kind person to deal with. i want out to avoid the mean klicks . if they were gone id stay till i die.
The entire building reeks of cigarette smoke as smoking is permitted in the apartments. The manager smokes-so she doesn't care. This is a taxpayer funded building for seniors. The smoking is a fire and safety hazard. Don't move here unless you smoke or don't mind breathing in second hand smoke in your own home. Some of the residents have sought the counsel of a pro bono attorney so maybe indoor smoking will be prohibited.
