The doctor was very nice and knowledgable but the hot mess that is happening at the front desk is a problem. I called as a new patient, with new insurance to set up an appointment. OBVIOUSLY, I checked to be sure they were in-network. Now, after my ROUTINE eye exam is being denied they are claiming they told me they were out of network. Of course, the only "record" of them telling me they were out of network is the rude receptionist's note that she told me. How is that ok?
