Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend
Went in as a new patient and had a lovely experience! The doctor was great, and the front desk staff was super helpful in navigating insurance. 4 stars because I ordered contacts through them, and did not receive for several weeks. I called to inquire about the status to find there had been a mistake and they were not ordered. Totally understand mistakes happen, but still frustrating to ration my daily disposable contacts for almost a month.
The best experience I've had of all the places I did business with. Dr. Cook was simply amazing to work with. I have never received such a thorough visit before. He took the time to field all of my questions, and I had many. His level of expertise I have yet to see its equal. I will now bring my whole family here!
