I sat with this a long time before writing this review, but after 8+ weeks of not being able to reach Dr. Gray, and two no shows to appointments he scheduled himself, I was left with no choice. The more complications I had, the harder it got to reach him, until I couldn't reach him at all. A lovely initial experience turned into a slow fade, then disappearance. From start to finish my experience with Dr. Gray and his whole team was outstanding! The attention to detail and explanation of everything along the way made it so I knew exactly what to expect when I showed up at the office. They listened to any concerns I had and worked with me on my constantly changing schedule. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray if you’re looking for a quality surgeon.
Dr. Gray and the staff at Gray Facial Plastic surgery is wonderful! I originally scheduled a upper bleph with Dr. Gray and was so happy with my results, that I scheduled a Deep plane face/neck lift with lower bleph 3 months later.
