I've purchased 2 cars from Grey Epperson Hyundai and gone with a friend to buy another. I also have several dozen experiences with the service department. I've had nothing but friendly service, never once have I experienced high pressure sales pitches that I'm used to at a car lot. If I find something I don't like at any point in the sale I simply bring it up and its fixed or renegotiated in the price. I just purchased a pre owned car from Gray Epperson last week and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Dustin and Shane (The Dreamteam) were extremely helpful with every aspect of buying a car. They helped me go over every car in my price range and back to my original car. The Dreamteam were very informative and not in a pushy way, no hassle. Love my car and would deal with them anytime.
I recently purchased a vehicle with THE DREAM TEAM at Gray Epperson. My experience with them was not only no pressure but fun. These guys go the extra mile. I recommend anyone to see the DREAM TEAM!!!
Sold me and my wife a 2009 Mazda 3 with 54220 miles still under warranty that had bad wheel brgs, cupped tires, and 2 bent rims on it. When I checked back with them on the warranty they said the bearings were okay and it was just bad tires. Another Mazda dealer in Chattanooga Tn repaired one brg.....I am stuck with tires, wheels and oh yes a bad windshield wiper also......
