An absolute hidden gem of a shop. I was needing some work done on a company vehicle and Cheyenne got me in as soon as she could and their entire team provided a great service. It's rare to find a diesel shop with this type of customer care.
They do excellent work on my vehicle. I trust the work they do on my vehicle. Great great team, great supervisor
Mannn if you want to know what clutch is come to this shop. They are honest and helped me out tremendously when a part that just didn’t make no sense was the issue. Everybody’s situation is different and they helped me tremendously by getting my suspension back working. Nate the tech amazing, would let him touch my truck for anything. Dave whether he is the shop manager or whatever pulled up trouble shooting tips and everything to help speed up this process and gave recommendations.Shops like this are Gems. Thank YOU!!!
I almost never write reviews because I'm rarely pleased as a customer. I generally walk away from a customer service experience feeling used. Not so with Gray Diesel. I was vacationing and nearly in a full panic when my pickup started running like it wasn't going to run much longer. Long story short, these guys made some time for me, spent quite a bit of time with me, and gave me the information I needed to make it home safely. my fan clutch went out on my Freightliner cascadia called everybody in around Lincoln everyone said 6 hours or tomorrow wait time then I called gray diesel no wait time got fixed less than 3hrs highly recommended
