Came here after a bad experience at my previous dentist, as this practice was recommended by a co worker. I had to get an unexpected root canal, which is pretty scary for someone with 10+ years of dental anxiety and fear of shame. Dr. Missentzis was great at making me comfortable and easing my anxiety during the procedure with very little to no pain, keeping interesting conversations going with the assistant to keep me distracted and making me laugh. Yes ! I could have worked on my attitude but vice versa .. Your title within a company doesn’t make you better 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Yes! I had to go back into this office because under the law .. no other dentist office could work on unfinished work. ❤️🩹 Now I am unable to get my teeth fixed for another two years or come out of my pocket I am truly hurt and I’m done with Flint, Mi for a while. Don’t worry I won’t come back .. y’all made the point clearly and I will be reporting this treatment .
