Yes ! I could have worked on my attitude but vice versa .. Your title within a company doesn’t make you better 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Yes! I had to go back into this office because under the law .. no other dentist office could work on unfinished work. ❤️‍🩹 Now I am unable to get my teeth fixed for another two years or come out of my pocket I am truly hurt and I’m done with Flint, Mi for a while. Don’t worry I won’t come back .. y’all made the point clearly and I will be reporting this treatment .

I had a traumatic experience at another dentist. So I gave dr gray a chance after hearing numerous positive experiences from his office. And im so glad I did! Most definitely sticking here. The whole staff is just by far the friendliest from any Healthcare office I've seen! Thanks for the positive experience! And my mouth don't even hurt after my tooth was pulled. I expected pain. But he was gentle and pulled it without much aggravation to my gums!

Had a front crown break down. Instead of repairing or replacing, Dr Gray decided to extract both the broken one and the uninvolved one next to it. Before leaving, I needed a "temporary" ($500) paid by me. Later , a permanent was installed, draining my insurance. Then I lost other adjacent teeth, requiring extensive treatment; $4,000 worth.Never returned to him. Don't go to Gray.

Since Dr Gray has left the practice has went down hill. The billing dept has giving nothing but grief. The newish Dr seems just that...not knowing what he should. Wanted to pull my front tooth because of sensitivity. Went for second opinion at Grand Blanc office and still have my tooth yrs later without any issues. Looking for a new Dentist 😟
