Bought a 2016 4runner Limited new at Gray Daniels. Have always had vehicle serviced there, even tire replacement. This last time I was in to get tires serviced the service department insisted the engine (V-8, 70,000 miles) needed the fuel injectors serviced/cleaned for $200 plus.
