I took my Pathfinder in for repairs after hitting a 5 gallon bucket of hydrolic fluid. I worked with Pat Stephenson. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired. After the repair I noticed something was not fully complete. Pat and Nissan made it correct at no additional charge. Also thanks to the mechanic that completed the repairs and the detailer who cleaned all the hydrolic fluid off my vehicle.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service department and the unacceptable level of service I experienced during my recent visit to your dealership. I have purchased many cars and trucks both new and used for almost 60 years now and never have I experienced the pleasure if found in dealing with this dealership. This includes the Financial Manager, the delivery drivers and by far the best, honest, hard working salesperson MS D. I purchased a vehicle from Ms. Debra, and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked through those doors, she made me feel welcomed and like family.
