I bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue from **** ******* Brandon in June 2025, paying extra for it to be pre-certified and for an extended warranty. I paid for recommended service that Gray-Daniels Nissan Brandon said I needed done. I trusted their word. Before work was done, I had no indication from my vehicle whatsoever going on with my 2017 Nissan Rogue SUV that indicated I was going to start having problems. There were no hazardous lights coming on, no noise at all. But because I was traveling to Texas, I agreed to the work to be on a safe side. Sold me a bad truck , took my vehicle back and the service manager ****** was very rude. Did not provide a rental or a loaner vehicle . Bought a luxury truck and paid a good penny down on it. Didn’t reimburse me for my $600 I spent in rental car or anything. A terrible car dealership to buy from. Once they make that sale they show you how they really feel about their customers.
