By far the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The only reason I am giving it a 2-star is due to the sales associate. She gave me exceptional service and was helpful throughout. However, the finance manager (Debbie Barry) was terrible, rude, unprofessional, had an attuited, and extremely disrespectful. I bought a SUV from Gray Daniel’s in Brandon and had it less then 30 (3wks) days, haven’t even paid my first payment and just got it tagged and yes We bought a warranty with the purchase of the SUV and it breaks down and You will never get me to believe that they didn’t know about this. Scheduled an appointment at 7:30 last Thursday to have my check engine light diagnosed. 1:30 rolls around and no call. I called up to the dealership to check the status of my truck and was told that they need led for my truck to sit up at the dealership for a day and a half to two days before they could look at it. I told the service manager Lexxus that couldn't happen because that's my only source of transportation. Brandon Shackleford offered the best customer service ever. We arrived late on Friday, but he made time to understand our needs & to develop a plan. He never made us feel rushed or unimportant.
