The worst place to take your car. Bad customer service, they broke my A/C and no one wants to take responsibility. I think they are also a little racist. I heard two guys call someone Speede Gonzalez for being Latino.
No point in scheduling an appointment, you will be waiting regardless. Oil change s, while overpriced, will come with a side of arrogance and sarcasm from the service writer. This dealership has an awesome sales staff but the service center customer service is garbage.
I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2018 Altima last week. Today, 2/22/24, I took a 6 hour road trip without any problems. Chris Farley and his crew did a great job & they checked and found out that my car is still under factory warranty. I paid Zero $! I’m a happy customer and driver! Thanks guys!
So a scheduled appointment was scheduled for Friday at 1. We arrived and the front desk asked, we said the car sent an email saying something was not correct about the battery, and we thought it had an oil leak. He said, so you are leaving it for next week.
