I met Chase during my visit to the dealership and he was friendly, supportive and friendly. Overall I was satisfied with the services I was provided, every worker was friendly and responsive.
I have been an loyal customer well over 10+years and when I say I was very pissed at this visit, I mean very distraught at you guys services. Having Raven help me with this process was one the smoothest I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. She was prompt and very communicative when it came down to keeping me updated about my vehicle. Knowing that after I was serviced she reached out to see how my car was riding. Made me feel great knowing i purchased my vehicle from you guys. Best hands down. Thank you caring about me and my car.
This is the worst service I’ve ever received. First, when I purchased the vehicle from them, they pressured the heck out of me for the warranty. I purchased it. No problem. Then I go to have the tire pressure sensor reset and the touch screen serviced (because it started sticking the week after I bought it) I was told they’d have it ready in a week to 10 days. The worst place to take your car. Bad customer service, they broke my A/C and no one wants to take responsibility. I think they are also a little racist. I heard two guys call someone Speede Gonzalez for being Latino.
