Salesman Bobby was awesome and we love our Equinox. BUT the service department really tested my patience in the first few weeks, because they couldn't comprehend the issue. Car was supposed to have 2 FOBS, and we've been WAITING for 3 months for the second one. It's getting OLD 2nd service issue 4/2/2025: I can't even rate the service itself, they didn't do anything. Just tried to drop my DIESEL truck off at the dealer to fix the onstar computer that is junk. Made an appt last week, drove 45 min to drop it off this morning, took a day off work to do so. When I walk in they tell me they don’t have anyone to work on it until late next week. Nobody bothered to pick up a phone and call or even email they do not have anyone capable of working on my truck, so now I wasted an unpaid day off, plus fuel and my time to drive here only to be told come back later.
