I made a 9:00 am service appointment, was really polite and friendly to the service advisor, and was told I would receive a call to give me the diagnosis and and estimate "in an hour or two." Never came, so I called back at 2 pm. Car not even brought inside yet, but they "took other cars first but will do it right now". At 4:30 pm I call again and they tell me they will look at it first thing the next morning. I bought a 2018 Equinox on 11/30/18. Buyer beware - do NOT allow them to arrange financing through Ally financial- without checking rates you can qualify for through other lenders. Salesman Bobby Balmoos promised a competitive rate ( I have excellent credit) - but then wrote a loan at a high interest rate. Dealers can charge a higher interest rate than Ally's base rate - and keep the profit. (Google- Ally auto financial reviews).

THEY CHARGED ME FOR NO WORK DONE. THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME INTO THE SHOP BY TELLING PARTS WERE AVAILABLE, THEN TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T BUT CHARGED ME A DIAGNOSTIC FEE ANY WAY....

I received a card in the mail saying I won a 70" tv, I called to verify and kept getting sent to the call center. I specifically asked if I won the tv or if it was a chance to win and was told to go down and pick up my tv. So getting there the first thing they do is take your drivers license and take your personal information. To find out that they deceived me to get me in there and I only won a chance to win. I had received a Promotional Game flyer ( War of the Prices ) in the mail on 11/25/2017 from Gray Chevrolet 1245 N.9th St.Stroudsburg Pa 18360 with a pull tab game player that had match to win card attached to it ( called Money Carlo ).I matched 777<$>777,which stated I won a 70" 4k TV.I followed directions on what to do if I was a winner,I called it in to the number provided and went unto the internet in which was specified to do.I received a call from them on 11/27/2017 in which was ask on when I would like to come in a pi... read more
