The man that answers the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever talked on the phone with. Obviously I’m not doing that great given I have to call you guys, but wow, this man really makes you feel even worse about yourself. No sympathy or any kind of care in his voice. I was supposed to get an important email 2 weeks ago and never got it. This man spoke down to me when I tried to ask what is taking so long.

Quite a shady firm considering their intimidating practices and verbal harassment. They assume the law is only on their side, and that they do no wrong. If I was a client looking for a firm to represent my business, they would be at the bottom of the list. Their lack of empathy and compassion is disgusting. It appears to be the mission statement of this firm to be as uncooperative and unhelpful as possible. I purchased a foreclosure and called to get information, and was talked down to and treated as if I was a horrible person. Firms like this give lawyers a bad name.
