I'm writing this review on behalf of my relative, who had a disappointing experience with William gray. Unfortunately, the broker/lender misled her about the status of her loan, causing unnecessary stress and financial loss. William gray assured my relative that her loan was approved, prompting her to pack up her entire house and rent a U-Haul truck for almost three weeks ($800).
