Last week I took my bike in to get the carb serviced. When I told the counter person my bike was an 04' Honda, he told me my bike was old and he would have to check with his techs to see if that "was something the tech's even wanted to mess with". The counter person went into the back and came out with another person who just awkwardly sat and stared at me from behind the counter. RecommendedI love the personalized family style level of service that Gray Area KTM provides. anytime my friends or I need parts. service, or new rides this is the go to shop for us ! The baby faced guy behind the counter with big earrings is not only one of the best ktm mechanics I've ever met but he rides excellent and is the shop owner. Great service. Got me in when I was traveling
I will never bring a motorcycle in for work here again. Brought my mt07 in for a tire change since I stripped a front rotor bolt, they left the rear wheel alignment bracket so loose it fell off on the road and my bike got speed wobbles. This could have killed me and I will never bring a bike here for work again.

Hands down, best Motorcycle shop/dealer I’ve ever been to. Paxton and Don are Top notch people and know their stuff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. If you are in the market for a KTM or parts/service on your current ride this is the place to go.
