This was the service that was used to due our home appraisal for the house that we are buying. We are almost 3 weeks out from ordering home appraisal and the company still hasn't gotten back with us. When the guy finally did come out he didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. He took a couple pictures of some rooms, never went into the attic or anything and left. If I could rank him as a 0 star I would. Ordered an appraisal through him after repeated attempts of contact through me and multiple other associates he would rarely answer or return calls. When he did he would give us a date his appraisal would be turned in. He failed to turn it in by the date he gave to us multiple times. Now he his 2 weeks passed his original deadline (still no appraisal) and we are simply forced to order through a different appraiser causing a delay in closing. ALL AMC'S BEWARE.
