The repair person arrived 45 minutes late without calling me. He fixed my heater. It needed a new sensor switch. We were charged $100 for a trip fee, which seems a little excessive, because we live 16 miles from Stevens Point. So for about a 35 mile round trip. I guess I would feel better if they charged us for drive time, because my husband thinks they charged us too much for the gas. I called around town for help repairing my furnace. Grawey Heating & Cooling was the most reasonably priced and was able to get to my home the soonest. They found the problem and got it going for me, in no time! They're all very friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend giving Ron & his team a call if you run into problems with your heat or A/C.

Made appointment for furnace replacement. Showed up on time and the process was seamless. Made some suggestions that other companies didn't for adding in new registers that worked out for the better. Had better prices then competitors and didn't feel like big company sales pitch. Day of install went smoothly. Took around the amount of time they quoted the job for. Cleaned up after the job which not all contractors actually do or do well. Furnace works as it should. Things went as one would expect.

We've been calling Grawey Heating & Cooling for all of our furnace needs for the past 20 years and have always been happy with their service. Their customer service is excellent and they take time to explain options and answer questions. Highly recommend.

I changed my day around to be available for the time they had to come give me a quote on a new furnace. This was at another address so I had to drive there. 15 mins after the appointment I called to see where they were, Mary just said, "Oh he's not coming" that's it. I said well why didn't you call? well I was just going to call everyone for the day to cancel. This was at 11:15 am. My apt was for 11.
