If you are questioning trying hypnotherapy with Grawben, please do yourself a favor and do it. It's honestly of the best modalities I've ever tried and I owe so much of my healing to Grawben. She is wonderful. Kind, empathetic, authentic, soothing, and gifted. It's kind of a miracle how it all works but it does.
