I want to let you know that Richard Brodowski was a great help setting me and my laser up ,LS1000. I have worked with him a few years back at another shop. That shop dismantled and I started a new job . A year went by and we ended buying the laser and routing table from them . Luckily I still had Richard's number. Gave him a call and boom we got it back to were it was when I ran it before. His knowledge of the program and laser is top notch . And great to work with. . 100%
Money hungry company, Not an American company. High prices and poor tech support. Super high parts and labor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THEIR MACHINE. I made a wrong choice on investing in Gravotech. I should have gone towards Vision Engravers a pure Made in USA company. One star company, rip-off and deserve this review.
I am a distributor and even I can not get ahold of anybody from this company. Took 5 minutes for the operator to pick up the phone. Currently on hold still, going on 24 minutes now listening to their online stor nonsense that none of the part numbers come up on. What a waste of out time. Mines and my company's. 1 star, change my mind‼️
They were very professional and helped provided same day service.
My company has a very old New Hermes pantograph engraver in need of another cutter. Technical support and sales were very helpful in helping me remove the old cutter, as well as finding the correct cutter to replace it with.
