This was the first pedicure I've received from Kacey, or anyone for that matter. I have no baseline experience from which to compare. However, this is hands down, without doubt or coercion, the single greatest pedicure I've ever had. Now that my feet have experienced sumptuous scrubs, careful callous removal, and masterful massage, they refuse for anything less.
