Loving my new hair colour and cut. Thank you for your attention to detail. Both the colour and cut are exactly what I was picturing and hoping for. Also your new on-line booking system is really good.
I didn't even get the chance to get my haircut as they cancelled my initial appointment 2 hours before. When I gave them a second chance, I showed up for my appointment and apparently the appointment had been cancelled while I had received a confirmation e-mail 2 days before my appointment. I was very upset as they do not respect clients' time and I will not be going back.
