Lily was amazing, quick and my nails are beautiful again after several weeks of home renovations. I am a very picky customer who does not like dip powder looking thick or unnatural. I was very blessed today to have Lily at Gravity nail spa complete my service. She stayed masked as did I and there was a plexiglass panel between us. The iPad check in process was very efficient. I had an appointment, was on time for it and so was she. Would highly recommend. Edit: Lily has moved away

while the salon is clean and everyone is friendly, the service was very rushed and the product of said service was okay, but definitely had multiple noticeable imperfections. i was still happy with them, however, after only six days of my nails being done, one completely snapped in half after i slightly stubbed it against a lightswitch while turning it on.

The staff was cool but the the service for my nails are terrible. Donald did my nails but was in such a rush my nails look lopsided and one side being longer than the other. Yeah - nice facility but, outside of that not good work at all - especially for the price. They are friendly tho - I guess that’s worth nothing for the something that was spent.
