I had a really great experience with Kayley. I came in with previously box-dyed hair and she was able to lift it lighter while still keeping my hair healthy, which I really appreciated. She took her time and made sure everything looked right. She even had me come back a couple days later to touch it up and make sure everything was perfect, which really shows how much she cares about her clients and her work. I rarely leave negative reviews , but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it need to be share. I came in with a clear instructions and want to have a good hair cut. Because I got bad haircut few month ago and just trying to grow it out. But walked out with uneven cut and layers that made no sense for my hair type. I felt rushed, when begin to finish it was 20 minutes and $65 plus tax. I called hopefully talking to the owner so she can fix my hair but never get a callback. Definitely not recommend to anyone.
