I rarely leave negative reviews , but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it need to be share. I came in with a clear instructions and want to have a good hair cut. Because I got bad haircut few month ago and just trying to grow it out. But walked out with uneven cut and layers that made no sense for my hair type. I felt rushed, when begin to finish it was 20 minutes and $65 plus tax. I called hopefully talking to the owner so she can fix my hair but never get a callback. Definitely not recommend to anyone.
Relaxing hair wash and then a trim with Tina. She knows my hair and always does a great job. I've been going here for years and will never go anywhere else
I’ve been going to this salon for almost 2 years. I usually get an appointment with Phong who is so good at styling as per my preference. After my first hair cut I never visited any salon. It’s the best in the town. Also, I had a chance to get my haircut under Chantelle and I was nervous as I always had an appointment with Phong. But Chantelle was so good and I loved the style. Thanks for your work.
