BUYER BEWARE!! We ordered our mattress on September 17 and we were very excited to receive it. We received a phone call that it would arrive mid October. It is now October 30 and we have heard nothing from the company. We have sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails just to ask for an update and we have received no response. Apparently Carol is the person in charge of orders, but hasn't returned a phone call or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I wish I could give NO STARS!! I ordered my mattress in August of 2019. It's February 2020. I've been through the BBB and Klarna financing no seems to be to get in touch with these people. They took my money and I'm here still with no mattress no nothing. Every number I call is a dead end. Every email I write nothing comes back.. I got 1 email stating it was the CEO and gave me a number to call.. Guess what? Dead end. This company is a joke and very unprofessional!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!
The worst presentation we ever heard off, the French guy who could not speak English, It says that the presentation will not exceed ONE HOUR, we were held hostage for 4 hours it started at 6 and not till 9:10 that we started to be served, not Red Lobster fault, He would not release the waitresses until he gave the OK around 9. There were people that left and could not wait anymore, the guy is the worst. I give one star for deceiving me and my relatives, I got invitation of red lobster new branch event free lunch at 9 a.m and go with my relatives. I find that it is just promotion for overpriced 4-5 k mattress and presentation was 3 hours and at end by 6 $ food from 9 a.m to 2 p.m .red lobster isn't involved they used there name and rent a small part of the restaurant .i want to leave at same moment but what will I do with people with me tell them to return back after they come far away.
