I've been coming to this exact location for about 4 years, literally stopping by once or sometimes twice a day. I almost always order the same thing: a 16oz iced vanilla latte with light ice. Unfortunately, almost every time Kristina Graves makes my drink, she seems to completely ignore the "light ice" request. The cup is packed with ice, and the balance of espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup is noticeably off. A little expensive but everything is a little expensive these days. Becoming part of their Gravity Club definitely helps offset the cost. Great drinks and service.

Got in line at 2:28 pm. It is ridiculous that a full on conversation is going on and not making drinks. If you cannot make drinks and talk at the same time. Focus on drinks. 15 minutes to get 1 coffee. I am a regular here. Never ever had to wait this long. Today was bad.
