Got in line at 2:28 pm. It is ridiculous that a full on conversation is going on and not making drinks. If you cannot make drinks and talk at the same time. Focus on drinks. 15 minutes to get 1 coffee. I am a regular here. Never ever had to wait this long. Today was bad.
The FW Commons location makes one of the best iced coffee drinks I've ever had. I order from this location frequently and always get a drink worth waiting for that starts my day right. PLEASE NOTE: I referenced this location, specifically, because location matters. There is a Tacoma location that delivers to my work that completely botched my last 3 orders. Not sure what they put in the coffee but I felt it and I am awake and ready to start my day. They have plenty of options to choose from for coffee and the staff is friendly and quick.
