I absolutely love gravity & usually go to the corporate location but I recently moved to Yelm so I went to this location for the first (& last) time the other day. The girl working wasn’t friendly at all (definitely not the norm for the other locations) but I ordered an iced carmel latte & a muffin top. I was the only customer there but it took literally 15 minutes because she was chatting with her coworker.. then she forgot my muffin so when I turned back around to get it, she looked at it funny so i asked what was wrong. Always great service here !
Our first time coming to this location. We are new to Yelm. Came around 10am today. Ordered two coffees and muffin. Took a very long time. A couple cars were leaving because the wait time was getting longer. They weren’t very pleasant. They even forgot an item we bought. Won’t be coming back.
