Lived here for 5 years and it was great at the beginning but then got considerably worse. Staff: The staff was good the first few years that I was there but then they changed staff several times. The communication with residents broke down considerably and responses to issues were greatly delayed. Building also changed hands recently and the newest management team might be one of the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever had as a landlord. Always undergoing management changes. I had a friend move out recently and they returned her security deposit but it was a bad check. Now they are refusing to communicate with her and keep having empty promises - they also refuse to escalate the issue to upper management. Do not rent here unless you want bad checks and overdraft fees.
I've lived at Gravity since the middle of the pandemic, and have seen it grow and change in many ways. After some time here, I'm glad to say that the community is finally coming together in some wonderful, impactful ways.
