I was working with Colby since November of last year and he always responded to my calls or voice mails. Stewart is now over my account and I have been calling and leaving voicemails for two weeks now on a very important matter and I have yet to receive a call or email back. Very unprofessional I wish there was any communication at all.

I sent them two collection accounts. They did not collect on either account. Now they won't return my emails.
