We needed new windows and scheduled 5 companies to give us quotes. The first 2 were large national companies, one very expensive, very pushy the other had a nice sales reb but seemed to be a subpar product. Gravinas of Littleton was the 3rd we had scheduled. After we met with Jim and John I canceled the next 2. Jim and John were normal people, passionate about doing it the right way. While not the cheapest I knew our project would be done well.
